    FOXHOLE BREWHOUSE - REMIND US... HOW DID THAT BEGIN?

    "Beer and Bowling! That was the spark that is now a flame."


    That marked the beginning of the Foxhole Brewhouse journey. Ryan and Liv Fuchs first unveiled Foxhole Brewhouse in downtown Willmar in 2015, sharing their passion for craft beer.


    After an incredible 8-year run in downtown Willmar, the time had come for Foxhole Brewhouse to embark on its next chapter. In 2022, Grant and Cari Huisinga joined the Foxy crew, bringing their expertise and culinary excellence to the table.


    On December 1st, 2023, Foxhole Brewhouse bid farewell to its original location in Downtown Willmar to unveil its new establishment. It was an incredible 8 years downtown! The Foxy crew extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined in to celebrate the LAST CALL DOWNTOWN!

    FOXHOLE BREWHOUSE - EEEEKKK, WE'RE MOVING!

    Foxhole Brewhouse opened knowing that the last brewery to operate in this community was in 1899. We worked hard to re-purpose a historical building and launch our 4th Street location. That launching helped fuel our passion for beer and this community. We brought home 7 national beer festival medals during this time and strive to make the best beer in the area, but we wanted more for the community. 


    We wanted to create a beer and food venue that is unique and unhindered by corporate decisions. We want to create the perfect patio experience for our patrons while they dine and enjoy their beverages. We need a spot for our Foxy pooches since they will no longer be allowed inside Foxhole.


    Foxhole Brewhouse has unveiled its ambitious future plans, revealing an exciting new chapter for both the establishment and its dedicated team. "We're bidding farewell to Downtown as we embark on our mission to create a spacious patio, ample parking, versatile event facilities, and a fully-equipped kitchen," announced on August 24, 2022. This thrilling news also includes the collaboration of Grant and Cari with Liv and Ryan, as they prepare to transition to Foxhole Brewhouse's new home. Together, Grant and Cari bring a combined 16 years of invaluable culinary expertise to the table.


    The Foxy crew kicked off the BE THE FIRST event on December 14th, 2023, marking the grand opening of the new Foxhole Brewhouse location! It was a resounding success. Come and experience the new Foxhole Brewhouse! We're eagerly looking forward to your visit! - Liv, Ryan, Cari and Grant.

    We currently are not taking reservations, sorry!

    Can my pet tag along to the brewery? 

    Of course, your furry friend is more than welcome to join you on our patio (when it is open), as long as they're on a leash. We must have our brewpub to be a pet-free zone inside, but outside is a whole different tail-wagging story!


    Can you ship me your beer? 

    Believe it or not, the land of 10,000 lakes has some pretty strict rules about shipping beer. It's like they don't trust us to handle it responsibly or something. Oh well, guess that means you'll have to come visit us in person for a taste of our hoppy goodness!

    Do you sell growlers? 

    Of course we do! Swing by and quench your thirst with our awesome selection of craft beers today! Once you're done in house, purchase or refill a growler to take home with you.


    Do you have anything besides craft beer? 
    Oh, you better believe it! We've got everything under the sun. Feeling parched? Take your pick from our lineup of craft beers, hard seltzers, cocktails, wines, or refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.


    Do you serve food? 
    You bet we do! Whether you want to dine in or get your food to go, the choice is yours! Stay tuned for our full menu and online ordering - we've got you covered!


    Are your beers vegan-friendly? 
    Absolutely, our beers are as vegan-friendly as a salad bar in Portland. No animal products here, just good ol' fashioned beer magic.


    Are any of your beers free of gluten?
    At this time we do not have any gluten free beers. We do however have wine and cider available.
