Same recipe as our Double J Cream Ale but soaked in 6 pounds of fresh jalapenos for a week.
This hop bomb is made for our friends at Gatewood Electric. Joe loves hops so we broke the record by using 25.5 lbs of hops in a 5 BBL batch. The hop aroma bursts out of the glass with stone fruit, pine, and tropical fruit. Flavors are similar to a dank tropical fruit smoothie with a firm bitterness. 6.5% ABV and 77 IBUs.
This German Lager is a beautiful garnet color. Aromas are of rich Munich and Vienna malts which are reminiscent of toast and rich caramel. Flavors are malty, toasty with a touch of caramel that finish smooth and slightly sweet. 5.8% ABV and 23 IBUs.
This brilliant golden colored West Coast style IPA is bursting with tropical, citrus, and pine aromas. Flavors are over ripe tropical fruit mixed with pine and a firm bitterness. The finish is slightly resinous and dry. 7.5% ABV and 90 IBUs.
A baby brother to our Foxtoberfest. This classic German lager is brewed with Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts. The malts give a soft malty aroma with softer notes of light toasted bread. A smooth, malty lager with no hop aroma and a gentle bitterness that leads to a clean finish. Prost! 4.5% ABV and 18 IBUs.
